instructor imparts the basics of standup paddleboarding , such as
rowing, maintaining balance, and using breaching whales' backs as

package—which includes a board, paddle, and leash—and spend the day
gliding over the waves of San Francisco Bay. Lessons run from 9
a.m. to 11 a.m. on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, or by
